Walker's Low' is a compact catmint, only growing to 16 inches in bloom. The felty gray leaves are fragrant, and dark periwinkle blue flowers cover the shrub all summer and early fall. This plant can take substantial drought. Plant in well drained soil in full sun. Deadhead in mid summer to maintain best bloom. Prune back to new growth in early spring. 'Walker's Low' is a great plant with roses, lavender, agastaches and Salvia. The Perennial Plant of the Year for 2007.
