Unpacking Your Plants

Unpacking Your Order:
Please open the box immediately to unpack your plants. Cardboard sleeves are taped in place around the potted plants, there may be two plants per sleeve. Remove the plastic wrapped root ball from the container and you will find the plant tag underneath. Remove any cardboard from the pot, unwrap the root ball, and place the plant and plant tag back in the pot until you are ready to transplant. Plants are very adaptable and resilient, so any unhappy branches or stems usually do not result in any lasting issues. Water the plants as needed and give them an appropriate amount of sunlight until you are ready to place the plants in their new location.

Unhappy Plant(s):
If plants look unhappy when unpacking, please give them a chance to recover, plants are very adaptable and resilient. Please email a picture of the damaged plant(s) within 48 hours of receipt to mailorder@morningsunherbfarm.com. If plants fail to thrive within 30 days of receipt, we will be happy to send you a refund for the original purchase price of the plants. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged Box(es):
If a box arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Open the box immediately to assess any damage to plants or merchandise. Plants are very adaptable and resilient, generally broken branches do not result in any lasting damage. Give the plants a chance to recover. Please email a picture of the damaged plant(s) or merchandise within 48 hours of receipt to mailorder@morningsunherbfarm.com. If plants that arrive with considerable damage fail to thrive within 30 days of receipt, we will be happy to send you a refund for the original purchase price of the plants.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
