When will Mail Order be available?

Specific dates vary each year depending on weather and available crew. We normally have a Spring Season and a Fall season when we are actively shipping Mail Order. Once we have decided on our first ship date for the season, we post on the website and we activate the "Add to Cart" button. Our answering machine message is also changed to let callers know that Mail Order has begun. We cannot take preorders and we cannot individually contact customers to update them.

Your website says you are out of a plant I would like to order, when will it be back in stock?

Please email or call us about specific plants you are interested in and we will respond as soon as we are able. For more detailed information Click here.

I want to order multiple quantity of a plant, why will the website not let me order the quantity I want?

We do not have computerized inventory for the nursery so all the quantities on the website are updated by our staff. Due to the rapid changes that can happen to our stock levels because of retail sales, we have certain quantities that we use for the website. If you are interested in a larger quantity, please either call the nursery or email us with the information and we will check if we can change the available numbers to accommodate your order.
