This is an old passalong plant, grown for years by Rose's Spanish grandmother. It is a very sweet spearmint, very slender pointed leaves and no trace of bitterness. It makes an excellent tea, and is good for desserts.
Like all mints, it can be very invasive, so it is best grown in a pot, in a shady location with plenty of moisture. It can grow up to 2 feet tall, although generally is much smaller.
