A lovely upright selection of lavandin with a white flower. The foliage is silver gray and very compact, with tall straight spikes of pure white blooms. Prune back hard to keep the plant tidy. As with all lavenders, plant in an area with full sun and soil with good drainage, and water deeply but infrequently (once a week). In bloom Cathy Blanc grows to 30 inches tall.
