Availability and Ordering
Availability:
We are a small business with a limited staff during our busy season. The website is maintained by the staff and we do not have computerized inventory capabilities. We do our best to have the correct stock levels on the website and due to the fluid nature of the nursery business, sometimes numbers are off one way or the other. If there is a plant you are interested in and it shows out of stock or the quantity is lower than what you would like to order, feel free to call and speak with someone at the nursery or email us at mailorder@morningsunherbfarm.com. We will do our best to take care of your request in a timely manner.
Due to the unpredictable nature of nursery plants, we may not at times be able to fill some items on your order. In these cases, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order, and adjust your charges accordingly (plants, tax, and shipping charges). Please add a note to your order if there are items that MUST ship with your order. If these are items are unavailable, your entire order will be cancelled, and the payment will be voided.
Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of order date and an automated email (SMS text) will be sent to the email address (phone number) on file with the USPS confirmation and tracking information. Sorry, we cannot take advance orders for future delivery. All orders requesting future delivery will be cancelled, and the payment will be voided.
Ordering:
Customer orders are placed on our website and then processed by our staff at the nursery. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All plants are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking information which is emailed or SMS texted to the customer when the order is packed. Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of order date and an automated email (SMS text) will be sent to the email address (phone number) on file with the USPS confirmation and tracking information. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at mailorder@morningsunherbfarm.com or leave a message on the mail order line, option 2, when you call the nursery. We strive to respond in a timely manner.
Our website is set to calculate shipping for up to 64 plants in an order. If you are interested in a larger quantity of plants please contact us to discuss ordering and shipping.
When we accept orders to ship:
Mail order is usually active in the Spring (March, April, May, and June), and Fall (September and October), dates will vary from year to year. We will not ship under very hot or very cold conditions. The "add to cart" button will be active when we are actively shipping for mail order. The website is available year round for informational purposes but orders can only be placed during the active mail order season. We cannot take advance orders for future delivery.
