This is a beautiful selection of English thyme, with a small yellow splotch in the center of the leaf and deep green edges. It is an upright culinary, a bit sweeter and milder flavored than English thyme. It grows to 12 inches, and is robust and vigorous. Because it has larger leaves, it is easier to harvest than most of the english thymes.
'English Wedgewood' is a bit longer growing than most T. vulgaris selections, but will need to be replaced every 3 years. It grows well in containers. Grow in full sun, with good drainage. Prune frequently to keep the plant bushy. Small pink flowers.
