Hi-Ho Silver Thyme is a delicious addition to any culinary herb garden. The leaves are strongly variegated and flavored. The plant has an upright growth habit and pink blooms midsummer. It is a sturdy thyme, growing 6-12" tall. Silver thyme is a lovey addition to the herb garden, but is also very decorative for containers or garden beds. Use like other thymes in fresh herb sauces, chicken recipes, or roasted or sautéed vegetables.
