A lovely variation of Berggarten sage, with slightly narrower leaves and lovely creamy variegation. The flavor is very clean, with no bitterness. A pretty leaf to include in the presentation of foods, it is terrific for much more than Thanksgiving dinner! Prune lightly, avoid pruning into the older wood, plant where drainage is excellent and water deeply and very infrequently once established. Raised beds are good spots for culinary sages to thrive.
