'Plum Pudding' is a foliage color breakthrough, with truly plum purple leaves with even darker purple veins. The leaves are attractively ruffled and have bluntly pointed tips. Younger foliage is somewhat glossy, and all the leaves have deep purple undersides. This heuchera forms a spreading clump and makes a fantastic groundcover when planted en masse. The dainty cream flowers which appear on 26 inch stalks are an added bonus in early summer.
Plant in afternoon shade in the hottest areas.
