'Icicles' Licorice plant is a lovely foliage plant, with long, narrow, velvety silver-colored foliage. It has an upright compact habit, growing 1 foot tall and 2 feet wide. Small yellow flowers in summer. Plant in a hot dry location, in afternoon shade in hottest climates. It is an attractive border plant, very easy maintenance. Can be pruned heavily.
