This is a new selection of the native Idaho Fescue. Siskiyou Blue Fescue has thinner, longer leaves than Festuca glauca creating a softer, more graceful appearance.
Festuca idahoensis 'Siskiyou Blue' tolerates wind and deer, serves as a good slope stabilizer, and can survive years with no maintenance.
