Vegetable Updates

We have begun stocking Fall and Winter Vegetables for 2026.

We start with the more heat tolerant varieties and continue to seed each week to bring out more 6 packs as we can. Vegetables are seeded and sprouted here at the nursery in our greenhouses, we will strive to keep up with demand.

Vegetable 6 packs located in Hoophouse 1:
Broccoli: De Cicco 
Broccoli Raab: Sorrento, Sessantina Grossa
Cabbage: Flat Dutch, Omero Red, and Rubicon
Cauliflower: Purple of Sicily
Lettuce: 6 Varieties
Lettuce Mix: 5 Varieties
Kale: 7 Varieties
Kohlrabi: Both
Mustard and Asian Greens: All except Dragon's Tongue
Onions: Expression and Pearl
Peas: 6 Varieties
Spinach: Space
Swiss Chard: Bright Lights, Fordhook Giant, and Heart of Gold

Fennel
