Roasted Red Pepper Spread

Delicious when you first make it, but chill it for 24 hours or more for the most flavor. 

1 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1 pkg (4 oz) crumbled Feta cheese, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Greek oregano
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon thyme

In mixing bowl, combine peppers, cheese, onions, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and herbs.
