Corsican mint is a mat forming mint with the great fragrance of creme de menthe. It grows less than 1 inch tall, but a single plant can easily grow to 2 feet wide. It is a good shady groundcover, or to grow between shady moist stepping stones. It is not an invasive species, spreading only above ground slowly, not by underground runners. Plant near ponds, in moist shady containers.
