Sarah' is a dwarf English lavender, small growing but open habit, growing no more than 18 inches when in flower. It is an early bloomer with short stemmed deep violet-purple 1 inch flowers which are excellent for drying. The deep green foliage is very sweetly fragrant. 'Sarah' is an excellent choice for bedding and container planting. If conditions are good, the plant has more flowers than foliage during the late spring! Prune hard after the bloom, and at the end of winter to maintain a tidy plant with plenty of blooming potential.
