*Anethum graveolens -DILL (A/3’;S-PS) Leaves and seeds used to flavor foods. Good butterfly caterpillar plant.
 
*Anthriscus cerefolium - CHERVIL (A/1’;PS) Grows similar to dill. Use with fish, asparagus, potatoes, as salad green.
 
*Borago officinalis - BORAGE (A/2’;S) Bright blue edible flowers atop rough leaved plants. Fast growing. Reseeds easily. Flowers taste like cucumber.
 
*Calendula officinalis - CALENDULA (A/2’;S-PS) Also called pot marigolds. Edible flowers. Used medicinally for antiseptic tinctures, skin ointments. Easy to grow. Blooms spring, winter and fall.
 
*Chenopodium ambrosioides -EPAZOTE (TP/4’;S) Indispensable ingredient in Mexican chili sauces and bean dishes. Aids digestion.
 
*Coriandrum sativum - CILANTRO (A/18”;PS) Chinese parsley. Leaves and seeds used in spicy cooking. Dies in hot weather.
 
* Matricaria recutita - GERMAN CHAMOMILE (A/2’;S) Daisy like flowers in summer used for medicinal teas. Foliage has fragrance of apples.
 
*Monarda ‘Lambada’ - LEMON BEE BALM (A-TP/2-3’;S-PS) Lemon scented foliage, with whorls of purple and white flowers that look good in the garden for month,. Excellent cut flower, for drying, bee plant.
 
*Nicotiana alata - SWEET SCENTED FLOWERING TOBACCO (A/3-4’;PS) Tubular shaped flowers in graceful sprays, closed during the day, opening during the evening with a jasmine like fragrance. Self sows.
 
*Nicotiana sylvestris - FLOWERING TOBACCO (A/4-5’;S) Large rosette of leaves, with tall flower spides of fragrant white, tubular flowers. Excellent for evening gardens, near windows.
 
*Ocimum basilicum - CINNAMON BASIL (A;2’;S) Sharp cinnamon scent, very attractive plant. Use in teas, drinks, desserts.
 
*Ocimum basilicum - GENOVESE BASIL (A/3’;S) Italian pesto basil, spicy clove fragrance.
 
*Ocimum basilicum - ITALIAN LARGE LEAF BASIL (A/3’;S) Very sweet pesto type basil, high yielding.
 
*Ocimum basilicum ‘citriodora’- LEMON BASIL ‘MRS. BURNS’ (A/2’;S) Very lemony foliage, heirloom basil. Bright green foliage, slow to set flowers.
 
*Ocimum americanum - LIME BASIL (A/2’;S) Citrus scented leaves, excellent in vinegars, fish, salads.
 
*Ocimum basilicum – RED RUBIN  PURPLE BASIL (A/2’;PS) Glossy, slightly ruffled purple leaves, pale pink flowers, very sweet. Grow in afternoon shade for best growth.
 
*Ocimum basilicum minimum - SPICY BUSH BASIL (A/1’;S) Hot, spicy basil, very strong flavor. Great with cheeses, heavy sauces.
 
*Ocimum basilicum - THAI BASIL (A/2’;S) Stongest spicy anise-clove scent for cooking.
 
*Ocimum kilimanscharium x O. basilicum purpurescens - AFRICAN BLUE BASIL (A/4’;S) Specimen basil with large green and purple shaded leaves. Long spikes of purple flowers bloom April-Dec. Interesting culinary, will overwinter as houseplant. Does not produce seed.
 
*Ocimum sanctum - SACRED BASIL (A;18”;S) Revered by Hindus as sacred plant. Musky scent. Aromatic. Male/female tonic.
 
*Petroselinum crispum - CURLY PARSLEY (B/1’;PS-S) Curly leaves, holds up well in hot weather, good for fresh use.
 
*Petroselinum crispum - ITALIAN PARSLEY (B/2’;S) Flat, glossy, dark green leaves have strong parsley flavor. Holds up well to cooking. Very hardy.
 
*Satureja hortensis - SUMMER SAVORY (A/18";S) Peppery flavor, good for bean dishes. Reduces flatulences. Fast growing.
 
*Spilanthes oleracea - SPILANTHES (A/1’;S) Toothache plant. Gold and red gumdrop flowers. Chewing on leaves numbs the mouth. Good palate cleanser.
 
* Tropaeolum majus - NASTURTIUM: JEWEL, TRAILING or ALASKA (A/1-2’;S-PS) Trumpet shaped blooms. Both leaves and flowers have spicy flavor, easy to grow, especially for spring and fall blooms. ALASKA has variegated foliage, while TRAILING IS 3-4 ft in length, and JEWEL is mounding.
 
*Withania somnifera - ASHWAGANHDA (A/18”/ Ayurvedic medicine plant.
 
*Viola tricolor - JOHNNY JUMP UP (A/10";S-PS) Heartsease. Purple, yellow and white edible flowers. Excellent for bedding. Will reseed.
